Poppies

Each year I get a surprise in my yard.. this year its poppies.. I have lived here for the past 10 years.. and never any poppies.. but this year I have 8 of them.. where they come from.. or why I don't know.. but to me its a little smile from God...

I was watching my mom's little dog today , so I went out and took some photos of him along with the poppies.. think I will have one of them printed out and give it to my mom for her birthday..

I haven't been able to update for sometime..its hard using someone elses computer.. makes one feel as though they are trespassing.. I am going to be going to the Oregon coast for two weeks.. we are having a 80th birthday party for my mom.. haven't seen my sisters for over 15 years.. so its going to be interesting.. will try and update once I get back.. have so much to share.. little time to do it in.. and someday soon I pray I will be back in the Internet.. until next time.. remember your in my thoughts.. and prayers..
much love and soft hugs always.. ~Hope

  1. Hello dear Hope, How wonderful to hear from you. I am so glad you are here as well. Your poppies are just beautiful. Mine just opened 2 days ago. They are huge... What's nice about the connections you make here with some very special people is you can be gone then return and fall right back into where you left off. I don't have so much time in the summer to visit or even post as often as I would like. As you know by finding me here I am having big problems with my site at spaces, that is what made me decide to move. It feels like home again with some many friends coming here as well.
I too am going to the Oregan coast at Seaside in the end of the month for a family reunion. I hope you have a blessed reunion with your sisters. Its so important to stay connected and in contact with them.. Take Care Hugs Carrie

I'm here, finally, sis. I missed you and look forward to resuming our journey together through this thing called life.

Enjoy your trip, reconnect with your loved ones, take LOTS of photos, and know your friends will be waiting for your return, safe and sound.

    Godspeed, sis.

    I love you.
